Can I send a gift box straight to my friend?

Yes. Just add your friend's name and address for the shipping address and add a note at checkout with your card of choice and the message you would like inside.

What about if I want to purchase more than one box but send them directly to the recipients at different addresses ?

You will need to process the orders separately unless you wish to order them to the same address.

Can I create a custom gift box?

You can use our 'Create Your Own' range to curate something extra personal. 

Can I order a bulk order of boxes for my clients/employees/friends/bridesmaids? 

Yes of course! We can create something extra special for you. Fill out our online contact form with your occasion, budget and quantity and we will get back to you with some options.  

Will an invoice be included in the box? I am purchasing a gift for a friend

We do not include invoices or any details of pricing in any orders.

Can I purchase your items separately from your gift boxes? 

You sure can! Many customers purchase our products for themselves. Just ensure you do not add a gift box to your cart and your items will be wrapped in recycled, plastic free materials.

Do you offer wholesale?  

We sure do! We offer wholesale on our botanical bath salts, candles, face & body butter, soap bars and lip balms. To register your interest, please send an email to Daisy at thehandmadecollectiveco@gmail.com or complete our online contact form. Please tell us about your business and why you would like to become a stockist. 

I forgot to add a note at checkout with my choice of gift card and message, can I add this?

Please email thehandmadecollectiveco@gmail.com ASAP with your choice of gift card and the message you would like included.  

If you do not do this and we notice that the box is getting delivered to a different address, we will add a simple message to the card E.g. "With love from Daisy." 

I forgot to enter a discount code, can you help? 

As your order has already been processed, this is not something we can change.

I entered the wrong delivery address, is there anything I can do? 

We cannot be held responsible for this however would love to help you. If you let us know ASAP by emailing us at thehandmadecollectiveco@gmail.com we can try our best to assist you. If you notice this prior to dispatch then we can adjust this for you. If it has already been dispatched, you will be required to pay a redelivery fee.  

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details. You can use your tracking number to track your order via Sendle.  

What's your return policy?

All our sales are final. We do not accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at thehandmadecollectiveco@gmail.com and attach photos of the damaged goods.
